KiwiCo Return Policy

Monthly subscription boxes and purchases with bulk discounts are not eligible for return. However, we do accept returns for Store orders if the items are unused and undamaged. To receive a full refund, returns must be initiated within 60 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
